玉米单株穗数性状的BC_4F_2近等基因材料的蛋白质表达分析

摘要 玉米单株穗数性状是重要的产量因素之一,为了解其遗传调控机制,构建了玉米单株穗数性状BC4F2和BC5近等基因系材料,采用SDS-PAGE分析技术,进行苗期叶片和吐丝期花丝总蛋白的表达差异分析。结果表明:穗数性状近等基因系间,单株吐丝穗数有明显差异;苗期叶片总蛋白的表达,在穗数性状近等基因材料间没有特异性差异;双穗和多穗亲本吐丝期21kDa和25kDa花丝蛋白的表达比其近等基因材料的强。表明,21kDa和25kDa花丝蛋白与单株穗数形成有关,对于研究玉米单株穗数的发育有重要参考价值。 Number of ears per plant (EPP) is one of important production components in maize. To know its genetic mechanism, BC4 F2 and BC5 near isogenic lines of EPP in maize were established, and differential expression of total seedling leaf and silk protein was analyzed by using SDS-PAGE technique. The results were as follows: between near isogenic lines of EPP, the silked ears per plant presented obvious difference; the expression pattern of seedling leaf protein did not show any especial difference; the expression of 21 kDa and 25 kDa silk protein in double and multiple ears parents was stronger than their near isogenie lines. This indicates the 21 kDa and 25 kDa ingredients of silk protein is related to formation of EPP, and is an important reference for research into development of EPP in maize.
