摘要
为寻求绿色新农药创制过程中具有高活性的杂环酰胺类化合物,经过肼解、闭环和取代等反应合成了8个N-(1,4-取代吡唑基)-吡啶酰胺类化合物,采用生长速率法,测定了化合物对小麦赤霉病菌(Gibberella zeae)、辣椒枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和苹果腐烂病菌(Cytospora mandshurica)3种植物病原菌的抑制活性。结果表明:部分目标化合物在50μg/mL浓度下对小麦赤霉病菌、辣椒枯萎病菌和苹果腐烂病菌有一定的抑制作用,其中,化合物4f对小麦赤酶病菌(G.zeae)的抑制率为34.4%。
Eight N-piclinamide compounds were synthesized by hydrazinolysis, ring formation and substitution reaction and their antifungal activity against Gibberella zeae, Fusariurn oxysporum and Cytospora mandshurica was determined by the growth rate method to develop new green pesticides. The results showed that some target compounds with 50μg/mL concentration had a certain inhibitory action against Gibberella zeae, Fusarium oxysporum and Cytospora mandshurica and the inhibition rate of 4f compound against Gibberella zeae was up to 34.4%.
