丛枝菌根真菌对菊花植株生长及化学成分的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究丛枝菌根真菌(AM)对菊花植株生长及化学成分的影响,采用大田对比试验,在收获期测定株高、地上部分鲜重和地下部分鲜重,用高效液相色谱法测定菊花药材中绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量,分别比较浸染4种AM真菌后菊花植株生长和指标成分含量的变化。结果表明:绿原酸含量聚丛球囊霉(GA)组和根内球囊霉(GI)组均显著高于CK组(P<0.05),木樨草苷含量CK组和GI组高于其他浸染组,3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量仅GI组显著高于CK组(P<0.05);浸染GA组地上鲜重显著低于对照组(CK)(P<0.05),其他浸染组的株高、地上部分鲜重和地下部分鲜重与对照组均无显著差异。说明,菊花浸染AM真菌,GI真菌能显著提高菊花次生代谢产物绿原酸和3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量,但对菊花植株的生长发育影响不大。 The aseptic C. morifolium seedlings were treated with four arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (GM, GI, GV and GA) respectively to study the effects on height, overground fresh weight, underground fresh weight and content of chlorogenic acid, galuteolin and 3,5-O-dicoffeaylqunic acid of C. morifolium. The results showed that the chlorogenic acid content of C. morifolium of GA and GI treatments was higher than CK significantly, the galuteolin content of CK and GI was higher than other treatments and the 3, 5-O-dicoffeaylqunic acid content of GI treatment was significantly higher than CK. There were differences in height, overground fresh weight and underground fresh weight between treatments and CK except that overground fresh weight of GA treatment was significantly lower than CK. In conclusion, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can increase chlorogenic acid and 3,5-O-dicoffeaylqunic acid content of C. morifolium significantly but has no significant effects on its growth and development.
