林下参茎叶总皂苷的微波提取工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 为充分利用林下参茎叶资源,以林下参茎叶总皂苷提取率为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验确定其微波提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在提取溶剂乙醇浓度为80%,微波提取时间为10min,微波温度为70℃,液料比为1∶25(g∶mL),微波功率为600W,提取4次的条件下,林下参茎叶总皂苷的提取率可达到8.81%。 To make full use of stems and leaves of P. ginseng, the optimum microwave extraction technology of total saponins (TS) from them was discussed taking TS extraction efficiency as evaluating indicators. The extraction process was optimized with single factor and orthogonal design methods. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extracting TS from stems and leaves of P. ginseng were as follows, the concentration of extraction solvent ethanol 80%0, extracting time 10 min, extracting temperature 70℃ , solid-liquid ratio 1 : 25(g:mL) and extracting four times with the microwave power of 600 w. The average extraction efficiency of TS was 8.81% under the optimum condition.
