摘要
为研究硫酸铜对植物根尖染色体的毒性效应,采用不同质量浓度(0μg/mL,0.1μg/mL,1μg/mL,10μg/mL,50μg/mL)的硫酸铜水溶液对分蘖葱头根尖细胞进行染毒(6h,18h,24h),观察根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数、染色体畸变率和微核率。结果表明:在试验剂量范围内,随着硫酸铜水溶液浓度升高,染毒时间增长,分蘖葱头根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数逐渐降低,染色体畸变率逐渐增加,微核率逐渐增加。在硫酸铜水溶液浓度为50μg/mL、染毒时间为24h时,分蘖葱头根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数最小,染色体畸变率最大,微核率最大。
The root tips of A. cepa var. agrogaturn were exposed to copper sulfate solutions with 0μg/ mL,0.1μg/mL, 1μg/mL, 10μg/mL and 50μg/mL for 6h, 18h and 24h respectively to study the effects of Cd on mitotic index, micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration frequency. The results showed that the mitotic index decreased and micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration frequency increased gradually with increment of copper sulfate concentration and exposure duration. The mitotic index was minimum and micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration frequency was maximum when copper sulfate concentration was 50 μg/mL and exposure duration was 24 h.
