摘要
为探明镉对番茄根尖细胞遗传毒害效应机制,采用不同浓度的镉对番茄根尖分别处理24h、48h、72h和96h,研究其对番茄根尖细胞有丝分裂指数、染色体畸变率及微核率的影响。结果表明:低于15μmol/L的镉可提高番茄根尖细胞有丝分裂指数,但随镉浓度的提高和处理时间的延长,有丝分裂指数呈现不同程度的下降,表现出明显的剂量-时间效应关系;染色体畸变率和微核率随着镉浓度的提高和处理时间的延长而增加,但镉浓度达50μmol/L,处理时间达96h后,染色体畸变率和微核率随着镉浓度升高反而降低。说明,镉在一定浓度范围内能诱导番茄根尖细胞微核的产生和染色体畸变,具有明显的遗传毒性。
The root tips of tomato were exposed to Cd solutions with different concentration for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h respectively to study the effects of Cd on mitotic index, micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration frequency. The results showed that 15 μmol/L Cd solution could increase mitotic index but mitotic index decreased with the increment of Cd concentration and treatment duration to varying degrees and there was a significant relationship between mitotic index and concentration-time. The micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration frequency increased with increment of Cd concentration and treatment duration but decreased after 96 h when Cd concentration was 50μmol/L, which indicates that Cd with a certain concentration range can induce micronucleus and chromosome aberration to root tip cells of tomato.
