摘要
采用混凝—水解酸化—生物接触氧化工艺流程处理纺织印染废水 ,处理量 40 0 0 m3/d。进水 CODCr1 0 0 0~ 30 0 0 mg/L、色度 51 2~ 1 0 2 4倍、p H 1 1~ 1 3。从 1 998年 7月开始运行至今 ,CODCr平均去除率为 92 .32 % ,色度平均去除率为 92 .1 9% ,出水 p H值为 7,出水各项指标均符合《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB42 87—1 992一级标准的要求 ,运行结果表明 ,该工艺处理效果稳定、耐冲击负荷强、工艺组合合理。
Textile printing and dyeing wastewater is treated with coagulation hydrolytic acidification, and biological contact oxidation process:treating quantity 4 000 m 3/d,inflow COD Cr value is 1 000~3 000 mg/L,chromaticity value is 512~1 024 times,pH is 11~13.From its running in July, 1998 till now,the average removal efficiencies of COD Cr and chromaticity are 92.32% and 92.19% respectively,and pH of effluent value is 7. All the quality indexes of the treated water fit Grade One requirement of 《Discharge Standard of Industrial Wateqr Pollution of Printing and Dyeing》(GB4287-1992).The running results show that the treatment efficiency of the technology is stable,tolerable shock load range is wide and the combination of processes is reasonable.
