摘要
采用动态顶空气相色谱法对水中痕量甲醇进行了定量测定。使用 GDX-4 0 1吸附柱对水体中甲醇作气提富集 ,1 3 0℃下解吸 ,色谱柱 :5 % DNP涂在 GDX-1 0 1 80~ 1 0 0目担体上 ,玻璃柱 2 m× 3 mm。FID检测器 ,外标法定量 ,回收率为 95 .96%~ 1 0 3 .45 % ,变异系数为 1 .48%~ 1 0 .81 %。
In this paper, a quantitative analytical method for determining trace methanol in water has been established by using dynamic head space gas chromatography GDX 401 was employed as absorbent, the trace methanol in water was concentrated in the absorbing column Then it was set free at 130℃ The conditions for determination were: FID detector, column: 5% DNP on GDX 101, 80~100 mesh (2m×3mm i d) The recoveries were 95 96%~103 45% with external standard method of peak area The relative standard deviation was 1 48%~10 81%
