摘要
目前,非开挖导向钻进技术作为岩土工程技术的重要延伸,被广泛的应用于市政工程建设中。但这种技术也存在着一些不足,特别是由于施工中对原有路面下覆地层的破坏若处理不当易造成现状路面坍塌。为有效解决这一问题,我们对非开挖导向钻进技术做了一系列改进,如:设计锲形扩孔钻头、采用拉顶结合工法、优质泥浆护壁及造斜段注浆处理等。
At present, trenchless orientation drilling technology as the significant extension of geotechnical technique, it is widely used in municipal engineer- ing construction. But there has some deficiency, especially the construction will destroy the original overbite stratum which will easily cause the road collapse if misconduct. In order to solve this issue effectively, we did a series of improvements, such as designing a steel solid shape reamer bit, using the method of pull - push combination, wall protection with high quality mud and building oblique mud pouring, and so on.
