浅谈BOT模式在养老地产中的运用

随着老龄社会的临近,养老地产迎来了发展契机。本文首先分析当前养老地产发展现状,提出引入BOT模式,并对其在养老地产开发中的适用性进行分析。在此基础上,对养老地产BOT运作模式进行阐述,并指出模式运行中可能遇到的难点,进而提出有针对性的保障措施。

With the approaching of the aging society, the pension real estate ushered in the opportunity for development. This paper firstly analyzes the devel- opment status of current pension real estate, propo.ses to introduce the BOT mode, and then analyzes the applicability of this mode to the pension real estate de- velopment. On this basis, this paper expounds the operation of BOT mode in the pension real estate, points out the difficulties that may be encountered, and then proposes targeted safeguards.
