摘要
目的:人力资源管理越来越被理论界和实业界重视,本文探讨通过加强成本控制以达到优化医院人力资源的管理。方法:通过成本控制的内涵、过程、特点进行分析,以成本效益性为标准,或把人力资源的成本效益分析和成本分析作为一种手段,将成本控制贯穿人力资源管理的全过程进行科学管理,达到人力资源的有效配置。结果:通过人力资源成本的计划、分析、预测加强成本控制,使人力资源能够被最经济有效地利用。结论:科学合理地成本控制对优化医院人力资源管理有着重要作用。
Objective:Human resource management is more and more by the theoretical circle and industrial circle to take seriously,this paper explores through strengthening the cost control to achieve optimization of hospital human resource management.Method:Through the control of cost connotation,process,analysis of the characteristics,to cost effectiveness as the standard,or the human resources cost benefit analysis and cost analysis as a means of cost control,through the human resources management of the entire process of scientific management,to achieve the effective allocation of human resources.Result:Through the human resources cost plan,analysis,forecast to strengthen cost control,enables the human resources to be the most efficient use of.Conclusion:Scientific and reasonable cost control optimization of hospital human resource management plays a very important role in.
