目的:通过三种临床医院护理教学查房形式,规范标准化临床护理教学查房,提高护理实习生临床实践能力。方法:护理部举办全院护理教学查房,病区护士长举办科室护理教学查房,教学管理部门举办规范标准示范性护理教学查房。结果:建立规范标准临床护理教学查房,使护理实习生临床实践能力及带教老师教学水平有很大提高。

Objective：three clinical hospital nursing teaching the form,improve the nursing intern clinical practice ability.Method：the hospital nursing teaching organized by the Department of Nursing,the ward matron organized department care teaching rounds,teaching management department held normative standards exemplary nursing teaching.Results：the nursing intern clinical practice ability has been greatly improved.Establish standards of clinical nursing teaching.
