福建省剪压法检测混凝土抗压强度技术的研究

Research of concrete strength conversion formula for Fujian Province by Shear-pressure Method

本文阐述了剪压法的基本原理、技术参数、操作步骤等,并通过t检验对混凝土拌合物坍落度的回归效果进行显著性分析,得出在混凝土成型侧面进行检测时可不考虑泵送混凝土影响、在测强曲线制定过程中可不区分泵送混凝土与非泵送混凝土的结论,在此基础上进行了福建省剪压法检测混凝土抗压强度换算曲线的制定。

The basic principle, main parameter and operation procedure of shear - pressure method was introduced. Then through regres- sion effect significance of the affection of slump of concrete mixture by t - test method, it was concluded that slump affection can be ignored when testing be carried on concrete forming side, and the difference between pumped or non - pumped concrete could not be considered in establishment of conversion formula. Based on all of these researches, concrete strength conversion formula for Fujian Province by shear - pressure method was established.
