摘要
通过对福州市某办公建筑空调系统的运行状况和能耗进行现场调查和测试,可知在空调系统总能耗中,冷水机组主机的能耗占比最大,为60%左右;其次为整个水输送系统的能耗,约为30%。分别从机组的启动策略、冷冻水和冷却水系统的节能管理、制冷机组冷冻水出水温度的控制、空调末端的运行管理以及用户的用能习惯等五个方面,讨论分析了空调系统不合理的运行状态及其节能潜力,并探讨了相应的节能管理措施。
A field study of the operating conditions and energy consumption of air conditioning system of an office building in Fuzhou city was carried out. The results showed that the largest proportion of total energy consumption of the air conditioning system was mainly con- sumed by the host of chill plant which accounted for 60%, and the second one was the water delivery system energy consumption which ac- counted for 30%. Five aspects impacting on air conditioning energy consumption were analyzed which are the strategy of the startup of the unit, energy conservation of chilled water and cooling water system, the control of the outlet temperature of refrigeration unit chill water, the operation and management of air conditioning terminal system and users'energy consumption habits, then the unreasonable running state and management energy saving potential of air conditioning system were analyzed and the energy management measures were discussed.
