高校活跃着一群在教育引导、管理服务等工作中发挥不可或缺作用的学生干部队伍。他们不断提高、发挥自身的能力为学校的教育、管理和服务贡献力量,更为全体同学成长进步起到了示范激励、促进帮助的重要作用,要培养提高这支队伍的组织、协调、学习、创新等四种能力,以便充分发挥他们应有的作用。

There is an active group of student cadres in universities, who play an indispensable role in the work of education guiding, management and servicing. They have been improving themselves continuously and utilizing their ability, contributing to the education, management and servicing of the university. And what＇s more, they play an exemplary, encouraging and promoting role in the growth processing of all students. In order to full play their due role, we should cultivate and improve the organizing, coordinating, learning and innovating ability of this group.
