膜透析法考察瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号的体外释放度

The Release of Guiji Cream Ⅱ in Vitro by Membrane Dialysis Method

目的:采用膜透析法考察瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号的体外释放度以完善制剂的质量标准。方法:以多糖为指标,0.9%氯化钠溶液为释放介质,0.2%蒽酮-硫酸试液为染色剂,纤维素酯膜透析法考察瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号48h的体外释药特性。结果:12h内多糖累积释放度为82.9%,48h内为95.5%。结论:瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号具有缓释特性,膜透析法用于其体外释放度的考察,操作便利,方法稳定,结果可靠。

Objective： In order to improve the quality of preparation standards, and to observe the release of Guiji Cream Ⅱ in vitro. Methods： With polysaeeharide as indicator, the release medium was 0.9% NaCl liquor, and colouring agent was 0.2% anthrone sulfuric acid. The release of Guiji Cream Ⅱ in vitro in 0 - 48 hours were observed by cellulose ester membrane dialysis. Results Polysaccharide cumulative release degree was 82.9% in 12 hours, and 95.5% in 48 hours. Conclusions： Guiji Cream lI has slowrelease characteristics. Membrane dialysis method used for observing the release of Guiji Cream ; in vitro is easy, stable and reliable.
