摘要 结核病是一种很早以前就被发现的传染病。卡介苗是目前唯一用于预防结核的疫苗，但近年来卡介苗的使用出现许多新问题，促使我们迫切需要新型的更优的预防结核的疫苗。现就使用卡介苗预防儿童结核病的现状与问题及新型结核疫苗的研究进展作一综述，以提高儿科医生对结核疫苗研究现状及前景的认识。
