Causes Analysis and Safeguard of Unsafety Incidents in Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy

目的探讨无抽搐电痉挛治疗(modified electroconvulsive therapy,MECT)中不安全事件的发生原因,制定防范措施。方法统计2003年5月—2012年2月MECT过程中发生的不安全事件,并对发生原因进行分析。结果引发MECT不安全事件的原因有精神症状驱使、并发症观察处置不到位、麻醉意外、护理人员自我防护意识薄弱、未认真落实告知制度。防范措施为制定针对性的有效干预措施,认真观察并及时处理并发症,熟练处置麻醉意外,加强护理人员的自我防范意识及认真落实告知制度。结论针对MECT过程中不安全事件的发生原因采取防范措施是治疗成功与保证安全的关键。

Objective To explore reasons and safeguard of unsafety incidents in modified electroconvulsive ther- apy （MECT）. Methods Reasons of unsafety incidents in MECT treatment during May 2003 and February 2012 were brought in and analyzed. Results The reasons of unsafety incidents were incidents of secondary psychotic symptoms, unadvisable observation and treatment, anesthetic accident, weak self-protection awareness of nurses and halfhearted per- formance of obligation to inform. Safeguard was the effective interference method for complication of observation and han- dling, experienced anesthetic accident handling, self-precaution of nursing staff and notify realization. Conclusion Cor- responding prevented methods is key for unsafety incident in MECT.
