摘要
授权型领导行为和员工绩效间存在着倒U型的非线性影响关系,当授权型领导行为促进员工绩效的提高至一定程度后反而会降低员工绩效.授权型领导行为所引起的员工压力,员工人际关系冲突以及知识分享的阻碍是这一复杂线性关系的三种重要内部作用机制.论证了这一作用关系的研究现状,并且通过理论研究分析此影响机制的作用机理.
There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance such that empowering leadership increases task performance to a certain point and the effect diminishes. The complicated effect of empowering leadership behavior on employee pressure, relationship conflict as well as knowledge sharing and management will be the three main influent mechanisms to explain the non-linear effect of empowering leadership on employee performance.
