摘要
差分信号相对于单端信号来说,因其所具备的抗干扰能力强、能有效抑制电磁干扰、时序定位准确等优点,在工程技术领域中得到了广泛使用,如何精确测量差分信号、对其进行有效评估也因此至关重要。文章介绍了差分信号的几种主要测量方法,并着重研究了由集成运放外加反馈网络所构成的减法运算电路来进行差分信号测量的方法,从而在测试资源有限的条件下能够更为经济实用地评估差分信号。
Relativing to the single-ended signal, the differential signal has many advantages, such as strong anti-interference capability, the ability of the effectively inhibitable electromagnetic interference, the accurate locating for timing sequence, etc. In the field of engineering technology, it has been widely used. So it is crucial how to accurately measure the differential signal so that carry on the effective appraisal. This paper introduces the several main measurement methods of the differential signal, and emphasizes on the study the method of the differential signal measurement realized by a subtraction circuit which is constituted the integrated operational amplifier with feedback network. Thus, it can be more economical and practical for the assessment of the differential signal under the limited condition of the testing resource.
