Application Experience of Huopu Xialing Decoction

藿朴夏苓汤世人皆以治外感温热病,笔者在临证多用于内伤杂病,每收奇效。该文治验四种病证,为胃炎、乙型肝炎、胆囊炎、膀胱炎,皆以本方治愈。并提出运用本方治疗内伤杂病时要抓住要点,虽以四诊合参,但以舌诊为凭,舌苔白厚腻或黄厚腻皆为用本方的辨证依据。

Huopu Xialing Decoction is usually used to treat warm-heat diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factors. The author often uses this prescription to treat miscellaneous diseases due to internal injury, getting satisfactory effects. The article introduced four cases, including gastritis, hepatitis B, cholecystitis and cystitis, which were cured by Huopu Xialing Decoction. It proposed that the tongue diagnosis is the most important basis for syndrome differentiation.
