皮炎洗剂中总蒽醌和总生物碱含量测定

Determination of Contents of Total Anthraquinones and Alkaloid in Piyan Lotion

目的 :建立总蒽醌含量的紫外分光光度和总生物碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 :以大黄素和小檗碱为参照,采用显色反应和高效液相色谱法分别测定皮炎洗剂中总蒽醌和总生物碱含量。结果 :皮炎洗剂中所含总蒽醌和总生物碱的吸收度与浓度呈现良好的线性关系。结论 :紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法均灵敏、快速、准确、成本较低,适用于皮炎洗剂中总蒽醌和总生物碱的含量测定。

Objective ： To determine the ultraviolet spectrophotometrie method for the anthraquinones and high-performance liquid chromatography method for the alkaloid in Piyan Lotion. Method ： The contents of total anthraquinones and alkaloid in Piyan Lotion were measured by direct ultraviolet speetrophotomet and high-performance liquid chromatography method with the contents of emodin and herberine as the markers, respectively. The absorption values of the sample solution were measured at 505 nm and 345 nm, respectively. Result ： The absorptivities of anthraquinones and alkaloid were linearly correlated with concentrations, respectively. Conclusion ： Direct uhraviolet speetrophotometry and HPLC methods are accurate, sensitive, quick and have little cost and they can be used to determine total anthraquinones and alkaloid in Piyan Lotion.
