摘要
目的:建立益母草饮片中盐酸水苏碱、盐酸益母草碱的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对益母草饮片中盐酸水苏碱的含量进行测定,色谱柱:SCX强阳离子柱(4.6HunX250mm,5μm);流动相:0.5mol磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺(1000:1.5)(磷酸调pH值2.25~2.3);检测波长:192nm;流速1.0mL·min-1柱温:25℃。结果:盐酸水苏碱的浓度在0.2~2.0mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好。IKSD=1.7%(n=5):盐酸益母草碱的浓度在0.2~2.0mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,RSD=0.08%(n=5)。结论:该法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于益母草饮片的质量控制。
Objective : To establish a method for content determination of hydrochloric stachydrine and hydrochloric leonurine in decoction pieces of motherwort, and to provide the basis for its quality control. Methods : An HPLC method was established by using an SCX strong cation exchange column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μ m) with the mobile phase of 0.5 mol monopotassium phosphate : triethylamine(1000 : 1.5), phosphoric acid adjusting the pH value to 2.25~2.3, with the flow rate of 1 mL ·rain-1, the wavelength of 192 nm and column temperature of 25 ℃ . Results : There was good linear relationship when the concentrations of hydrochloride stachydrine and hydrochloric leonurine were 0.2~2 mg· mL-l and the values of RSD were 1.7%(n=5) and 0.08%(n=5) respectively. Conclusion : The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which can he used for the quality control of motherwort herb pieces.
