摘要
目的 :评估经腹腔入路针刺法大鼠腰椎间盘突出症模型的应用价值。方法 :雌性SPF级SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组各10支。造模组麻醉后腹腔切开,分离后腹膜,暴露L5~6、L6~S1椎间盘左前缘,5号穿刺针分别刺入两椎间盘,深度3 mm,后缝合腹壁;对照组不针刺椎间盘,其它手术过程同造模组;正常组不给予任何处理。结果 :造模组在综合运动能力、坐骨神经传导速度上与对照组及正常组存在明显差异,HE染色及MRI检查提示椎间盘退变、突出。结论 :经腹腔入路针刺法为一相对简单、有效、可靠的腰椎间盘突出症动物模型建模方法。
Objective : To assess the peritoneal approach needling value of the rat model of lumbar disc herniation. Methods : 30 female SPF SD rats were randomly divided into three groups of 10 in each.
