摘要
综合分析近12年来中医旷置疗法在马蹄型肛周脓肿手术中的应用现状及治疗特色,阐明了中医旷置疗法治疗马蹄型肛周脓肿的优势,合理地运用各种旷置引流措施是避免肛门括约肌损伤的有力微创手段,有助于提高临床疗效,达到微创与功能保护并举的目的。
The arcticle is a comprehensive analysis on traditional Chinese medicine therapy for horseshoe- shaped perianal in nearly 12 years. It expounds the advantages, and reasonably use all kinds of exclusion therapy, which is minimally invasive means, is to avoid damage to the anal sphincter powerfully. It can help to improve clinical curative effect, achieving combination of minimally invasive means and function protection.
