独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 :探讨独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 :将2010年1月—2011年12月就诊于我院的68例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组及治疗组各34例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用独活寄生汤治疗。结果 :治疗组疼痛改善程度及临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :独活寄生汤是治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的方剂。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar discherniation. Methods ： According to the random number table, 68 cases of patients with lumbar discherniation in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases and a treatment group of 34 cases. The control group used the western conventional treatment, while the treatment group added the treatment of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group. Results ： The degree of pain improvement and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P〈O.05 ）. Conclusion ： Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is a safe and effective prescription of lumbar discherniation.
