痰热清注射液治疗重症肺炎影像学观察

Imaging Observation of Tanreqing Injection in Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

目的 :观察痰热清注射液治疗重症肺炎的影像学变化。方法 :将2011年4月—2012年4月入住我院ICU的48例重症肺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用痰热清注射液40 mL日1次,静脉滴注21 d。观察两组患者肺炎影像学指标变化情况,具体包括:炎症渗出吸收时间、吸收面积、侵及肺叶数量。结果 :炎症吸收情况治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :痰热清注射液具有良好的促进炎症吸收作用,对于重症肺炎的治疗发挥着积极作用。

Objective ： To observe the imaging changes of the treatment of severe pneumonia by Tanreqing Injection. Methods ： 48 cases with severe pneumonia in ICU of our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used the conventional therapy, while the treatment group added 40 mL Tanreqing Injection by intravenous infusion once a day for 21 d on the basis of the control group. Then we observed the pneumonia radiographic parameters changes of the two groups, specifically including the time of inflammatory exudation and absorption, absorption area and the number of invading lobes. Results ： The degree of inflammation absorption of the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tanreqing Injection has a good role to promote the inflammation absorption. It also plays an active role in the treatment of severe pneumonia.
