升降散穴位贴敷治疗腹泻型IBS临床观察与护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Acupoint Application with Shengjiang Powder in Treating Patients with Diarrhea-Predominant IBS

目的 :观察升降散穴位贴敷治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法 :将60例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(其中治疗组30例,对照组30例)。对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在口服药的基础之上配合升降散穴位贴敷治疗,1日1次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。两组均在2个疗程结束后,记录改善情况并进行统计学处理。结果 :2个疗程结束后,两组的有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 :升降散穴位贴敷治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有良好疗效,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Shengjiang Powder in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods ： 60 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （ 30 patients in each group ）. Control group was given trimebutine maleate capsules orally, the treatment group, based on oral medication added acupoint application with Shengjiang Powder, once a day and 10 times for a course, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Both groups recorded statistical improvement after treatment. Results ： After treatment, the cured rate comparsion between two groups was significantly different （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupoint application with Shengjiang Powder has a good effect on treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
