中医抗癌扶正法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤临床疗效研究

Study on Clinical Efficacy of Anticancer and Strengthening Vital-Qi Method of TCM in Treatment of Advanced Malignancies

目的 :研究中医抗癌扶正法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 :将72例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组予常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上予华蟾素注射液、参麦注射液静脉滴注,14 d 1个疗程,2个疗程间歇7 d。治疗2个疗程后观察临床获益率、临床症状缓解情况和KPS评分。结果 :临床获益率:治疗组为41.67%,对照组为19.44%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);临床症状缓解情况:治疗组的神疲乏力、气短懒言、食少纳呆、心悸自汗、虚烦不寐的总有效率分别为91.43%、96.15%、93.33%、91.30%、84.00%,而对照组的分别为分别为42.86%、47.62%、43.75%、46.43%、39.13%,两组比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);KPS评分:治疗组的总有效率为88.89%,对照组为38.89%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 :中医抗癌扶正法,既能够抑制肿瘤的生长,又能够缓解患者的临床症状,有效提高了晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量。

Objective ： To study the clinical efficacy about the treatment of advanced malignancies with anticancer and strengthening vital-Qi method of TCM. Methods ： 72 patients of advanced malignancies were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, on this basis 36 patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment, 36 patients in the treatment group were treated with cinobufacini injection and Shenmai Injection by intravenous infusion, 14 days as one course of treatment, intermittently for 7 clays after two courses of treatment. The clinical benefit rate, improvement of clinical symptoms, and KPS score were observed after two courses of treatment. Results ： Clinical benefit rate： the clinical benefit rate of treatment group was 41.67%, and 19.44% in the control group, the two groups had a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Improvement of clinical symptoms ： the total efficiency of lassitude, shortness of breath and lazy words, less food anorexia, palpitation and sweating, virtual annoying insonmia in the treatment group were 91.43%,96.15%,93.33%,91.30%,84.00%, while in the control group were 42.86%,47.62%,43.75%,46.43%,39.13%, and the two groups had a very significant difference （P〈0.01）. KPS score：the total efficiency of treatment group was 88.89%, and 38.89% in the control group, the two groups had a very significant difference （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Anticancer and strengthening vital-Qi method of TCM not oly can inhibit tumor growth, but also can ease the patient＇s clinical symptoms to effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced malignancies.
