改良雷火神针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Improved Thunder Fire Needling for Cervical Vertebral Artery Disease

目的 :观察改良后的雷火神针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 :将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用改良雷火神针法治疗,对照组采用毫针疗法治疗。观察两组治疗效果,并进行统计学分析。结果 :观察组有效率为100.0%,对照组有效率为86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :改良雷火神针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病优于毫针疗法,且具有环保、高效、经济、方便的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of improved thunder fire needling on treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods ： 60 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group used improved thunder fire needling, while control group with normal needling. Observation on therapeutic effect of two groups was made to carry on the statistics analysis. Results： In the observation group the effective rate was 100%, and in the control group it was 86.7%, there was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The improved thunder fire needling method for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artelT type is better than normal needle therapy, and has the advantages of environmental protection, little cost and convenience, and it is worthy of clinical application.
