Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment According to Syndrome Differentiation for Thrombocytopenia after Chemotherapy

化疗是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一,在治疗肿瘤的同时,化疗药物会造成骨髓抑制,正确认识并积极防治化疗后血小板减少症具有重要的现实意义。该文通过文献分析中医药治疗化疗后血小板减少症,从辨证论治方面对其治疗现状进行综述,以期指导临床。

Chemotherapy is one of the most important comprehensive treatments in malignant tumor. While in the treatment of tumor, chemotherapy drugs can cause bone marrow suppression. It has a vital and actual meaning to acknowledge accurately and positively prevent thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy. By analyzing the literature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for thrombocytopenia, we reviewed the diagnosis and treatment progress of thromhocytopenia in order to guide the clinical treatment.
