护理绩效考核与个人满意度及个人评价的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]调查护士个人满意度、个人评价的情况,探讨护理绩效考核与个人满意度、个人评价的相关性。[方法]对60名护士进行个人满意度量表、护士绩效考核自评量表等问卷调查,并对所得结果进行相关分析。[结果]护士对工作能力的满意度最高(93.33%),对个人发展满意度最低(53.44%);护士绩效考核自评中专业技术评价最高(96.67%),创新能力评价最低(56.67%);护士绩效考核自评与个人满意度各个因子呈显著相关性(P<0.01)。[结论]护士对自己工作能力评价高、对个人发展评价低;护士绩效考核自评中专业技术是工作重点,创新能力是工作薄弱环节;护士绩效考核自评与个人满意度各因子存在正相关关系,其对个人满意度有预测作用。 Objective: To investigate the personal satisfaction and personal evaluation and probe into the correlation among nursing performance ap- praisal,personal satisfaction and personal evaluation. Methods: A total of 60 nurses were surveyed by using personal satisfaction scale and nurse per- formance appraisal self - rating scale, and then to analyze the results. Re- sults: The nurse's satisfaction of job ability was the highest that is 93.33%, the satisfaction of personal development is the lowest that was 53.44%;in the nursing performance appraisal self- rating, rate the professional techni- cal evaluation rate is the highest (96.67 %),rate the rate of innovation ca- pability evaluation is the lowest (56.67 %);there was a significant correla- tion between nursing performance appraisal self - rating and every factor of personal satisfaction(P〈0.01). Conclusion:The evaluation of nurses on job ability is better,evaluation on personal development is poor;in the per- formance evaluation self- rating,professional skill is the focus of the work and the innovation is the weak link of the work;nurse performance apprais- al self - assessment has positive correlation with every factor of personal satisfaction which can predict personal satisfaction.
