摘要
公共图书馆实行总分馆制,是图书馆满足人民群众基本文化权益的有效途径。分析了中国公共图书馆总分馆建设的现状,研究了公共图书馆总分馆建设的重要作用,提出了加强公共图书馆总分馆建设的措施。
Public Library implement main-branch library, is to meet the people＇s basic cultural rights and interests of effective ways. The article analyzed our country public library construction present situation, research of the public library play an important role in the construction, put forward to strengthen public library construction measures.
