摘要
虚拟参考咨询服务(VRS)具有较高的用户满意度,但是它同时存在着使用率偏低的问题。通过调查高校图书馆网站如何进行VRS,并对其进行了一个可行性研究。提出了一个积极的VRS模式,在实践中取得了理想的效果。
Virtual Reference Services (VRS) have high user satisfaction. The main problem is its low usage. We surveyed academic library web sites to understand how VRS are presented. We made a positive VRS model, and achieved the desired results in practice.
