摘要
高校图书馆的图书预约服务,是数字化时代为读者提供个性化服务的新模式。对新形势下开展图书预约服务的必要性进行了分析,并以烟台大学图书馆为例,推出提高预约成功率的有关措施以充分满足读者的个性化需求。
The book reservation service in university libraries is a new mode that library provides an individualized services to readers in digital ages. In this paper, the authors analyzed the necessity of book reservation service in the new situa- tion for the example of our library, and gave some suggestions for improving the successful rate of the book reserva- tion service.
