摘要
阐述了学科馆员制度产生的背景及学科馆员的含义,分析了新疆师范大学图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必要性,同时分析了学科馆员必须具备的素质,最后为学科馆员的管理提出了建设性建议。
This paper explained the background of subject librarian system and the meaning of subject librarians, and analyzed the necessity of establishing the subject librarian system in Xinjiang Normal University library, while analyzed the quality which the subject librarians must have, finally constructive proposal about subject librarian management to be put forward.
