摘要 塑料成型工艺与模具是机械设计制造与自动化类本科专业的核心专业课程,本课程的实践教学活动与工程实践结合极为紧密,因此在塑料成型工艺与模具课程的实践教学中适当引入PBL(Project based Learning,工程项目学习)实践教学模式,通过设置小型模具全研发项目,指导学生分组完成模芯设计、关键零部件加工、精整、抛光、装配、试模、修模和注塑成型等8个教学环节,提高学生的实践能力。 Plastic Injection Process and Mould is a core specialized course for the student majoring in Machine Design, Manufacturing and Automation. The course is closely connected with the engineering practice, so that PBL teaching model is introduced in the teaching of Plastic Injection Process and Mould. Through the design of small-scale projects, students are instructed to achieve the following the eight teaching steps including mold core design, key components manufacture, finished machining, polishing, assembling, mould testing, mould modifying, mould injection and as a result students' practical ability is improved.
