二分域模型在瘤胃氨吸收速率研究中的应用

摘要 本文在分析二分域模型及反刍动物氨代谢特点的基础上,论述了如何将二分域模型用于确定反刍动物氨的吸收速率。指出只要测定血液中氨的浓度,即可计算出氨从瘤胃到血液的吸收速率。 Based on the analyses of the characteristics of two compartments model and ammonia metabolism of ruminant, the paper discussed how to use the two compartments model in the study of ammonia absorption rate of rumen. It was supposed that if the concentration of blood ammonia had been determined, the rate of ammonia absorption of rumen could be calculated.
