Overtone' s Scale and Musical Scale Origin

文章提出了音阶起源于原生态泛音乐器上泛音的观点,系列泛音是人类最早的、天然的、不用计算的、有固定关系的分音。文章分别对原生态泛音乐器种类的多样性、分布的广泛性以及泛音音阶的构成等作了较翔实的阐释和分析。对三种不同类型的原生态泛音乐器的音高进行了律学比较,宣示了泛音音阶的普遍存在,提出这些原生态泛音乐器是人类发现最早的音阶的物质形态,并深化了黑泽隆朝泛音造就音乐的学术观点。

This paper puts forward the idea that the musical scale originated from a variety of instruments that pro- duce overtones. Based on related tuning and temperament theories, the author compared pitches of three different kinds of overtone instruments. The research concluded, that the overtone scale is the earliest form of scale, which confirms Kurosawa Takashi＇ s point that music originated from overtones.
