推行标准化建设是转变车船装备保障模式，提升保障能力的重大举措。针对车船装备保障标准化建设这一系统工程，辨析了运行机制的概念和设计的基本原则，在分析车船装备保障组织体系的基础上，构建了标准化建设的组织流程和运行保障机制。

Implementing standardization construction is a momentous decision for equipment support mode conversion and support capability elevation. Aiming at vehicle and boat equipment support standardization construction, this paper summa- rized the definition of the operation mechanism and design principle. Based on the analysis of the organization structure of vehicle and boat equipment support system, it established the procession and measure of the vehicle and boat equipment support standardization.
