Military Logistics Base Site Selection Based on Probability Neural Network

军事物流基地的选址在整个军事物流系统规划中占有十分重要的地位，需要决策者综合考虑多种因素，但在传统的算法中，有些重要的定性因素被忽略。该研究通过构建概率神经网络模型处理数据得出评价结果，可避免传统算法的不足，较客观地对多个选址方案的优劣进行评价。应用实例表明，该模型具有较高的精度和效率，运用概率神经网络进行军事物流基地选址决策是可行的。

Site selection of military logistics base, involving numerous elements, is crucial to military logistics planning. Traditional algorithm neglects some important qualitative considerations. This paper proposed a new site selection method that was probability neural network. The new method can make the site selection in an objective manner and avoid the bias brought up by traditional algorithm. The case shows that the model has high precision and efficiency and PNN is suitable for site selection of military logistics base.
