基于MSC.Patran的飞机运送伤员辅助器材有限元分析

摘要 根据《中国民用航空规章》(第25部)相关规定,利用MSC.Patran有限元分析软件,对飞机运送伤员辅助器材(单元护理型、单层担架支撑型、双层担架支撑型)及其与机体重要的连接件导轨锁,进行5种载荷工况下静强度分析,校核设计强度。结果表明,其设计强度满足要求。 According to the design criteria referred to CCAR-25, the static strength of accessorial equipments ( single stretch- er-supporting equipment, double layer stretcher-supporting equipment and nursing-type unit) and the track-mounting mech- anism applied to fix the accessorial equipments to the seat tracks of the airliner were analyzed under five loads by using the software MSC. Patran. Based on the analysis results, the strength of the accessorial equipments are checked,the structures can satisfy the requirement of strength.
