摘要
以新型变传动比限滑差速器为研究对象,利用正交理论对其进行试验设计,大幅度减少了试验时间,降低了试验费用。完成对2个产品样件的试验,通过对试验输出曲线与数据分析得出,两端车轮转速差、主轴转速、输入转矩对差速器锁紧系数没有显著影响,且误差速器锁紧系数水平稳定在设计指标附近,符合设计要求。
This paper used the new variable ratio limited-slip differential as a research object, designed the experiment by using orthogonal theory, this experiment method significant reduced the test time and the experiment cost, completed the orthogonal experiment of two product samples, obtained the corresponding conclusion through the analysis with the experiment curve and data.
