摘要
目的:探查超声引导下徒手穿刺活检在肝脏疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析101例肝脏疾病超声引导下自动活检枪徒手穿刺活检情况。结果:101例超声引导下自动活检枪徒手肝穿刺活检患者诊断恶性肿瘤23例,良性肿瘤4例,肝脏慢性炎症12例,肝纤维化28例,肝硬化30例,肝脏脂肪变4例。结论:超声引导下徒手穿刺活检对肝脏疾病诊断有相当高的准确性及安全性。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of manual liver puncture biopsy by automatic biopsy gun under ultrasound-guided in diagnosing liver disease. Methods： 101 patients with manual liver puncture biopsy by automatic biopsy gun under ultrasound-guided were retrospective analysed. Results： There was malignant tumor in 23 cases,5 cases in benign tumor,chronic liver inflammation in 12 cases,hepatic fibrosis in 28 cases,liver cirrhosis in 30 cases,fatty liver in 2 cases of 101 patients with manual liver puncture biopsy by automatic biopsy gun under ultrasound-guided. Conclusion： Ultrasound-guided free-hand biopsy for diagnosing liver diseases is fairly high accuracy and security.
