清开灵口服液联合抗病毒口服液及利巴韦林注射液治疗手足口病的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Qingkailing combined with anti-viral oral solution and ribavirin injection on hand-foot-mouth patients

目的:观察清开灵口服液联合抗病毒口服液及利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿手足口病(普通型)的疗效。方法:将788例患儿随机分为2组,对照组口服抗病毒口服液及静滴利巴韦林注射液治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上口服清开灵口服液;治疗观察比较两组患儿退热和手足口皮疹消退或溃疡愈合时间及疗效。结果:治疗组的退热和手足口皮疹消退或溃疡愈合时间明显缩短,总有效率(99.8%)明显高于对照组(81.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清开灵口服液联合抗病毒口服液及利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿手足口病(普通型)疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingkailing oral solution combined with anti-viral oral solution and ribavirin injection on hamt-foot-mouth patients （generally）. Methods： 788 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given rlhavirin injection plus anti-virus oral solution and tile treatment group was given Qingkailing oral solution based on control group＇s treatment in which the time of pyretolysis, foot and mouth lesions disappeared and ulcer healing,curative effect were observed. Results： Fever relieved time,skin rash relieved time, recoveI.v time in treatment group were shorter than that in the control group. The effective rate of treatment group （99.8%） was significantly higher than that of control group （81.2%） in which the difference was statistical significances（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qingkailing oral solution combined with anti-viral oral solution and ribavirin injection has a good signification in hand-foot- mouth （generally） which is worthy of clinical application .
