摘要 化学品自身的环保性:分散染料由于结构及原料因素,在印染加工过程中易产生超量的多氯苯酚及有机氯载体,给后道的纺织品及服装带来诸多生态隐患,选用环保原料及精细化的工艺流程进行合成加工可使染色后面料达到Oeko-Tex Standard 100Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类标准;染料应用过程的环保性:分散染料染色后染色残液COD较高,其主要影响因素是染料商品化加工中添加的分散剂和染整过程加入的各种助剂。本文通过制作高强度分散黑400%,调整染整工艺中的染色助剂,以达到降低COD的目的。试验论证了在满足高环保要求的同时,可确保满足实际染整加工的应用需求。 The paper discussed the feasibility of emission reduction of high strength disperse black from two points of view. One is environmental production of dyestuff. The structure and raw material of disperse dyestuffs will inevitably produce excess phenol and organic chlorine in printing and dyeing process. Choosing environmental raw material and using ecological program during dyes production can meet the standard of Oeko-Tex Standard 100 I or II. The other point is environmental and ecological dyeing during dyes application. The high COD value of dyeing effluent caused by adding of dispersant in the commercial processing and all kinds of auxiliaries during dyeing. This paper introduced a kind of high strength disperse black 400% , produced by ecological raw material with reduced dispersant and combined with adjusting auxiliaries in dyeing can reduce COD value. The new ECT can achieve better dyeing effect and meanwhile meet the requirements of the environmental protection.
