摘要
通过调查,明晰了云南省学前教育师资队伍现状,并从幼教师资队伍培养与培训两个角度,提出整体构建幼儿教师资队伍建设体系,使之与云南省经济、社会发展相适应。
The present situation of kindergarten teachers is clear through investigation and the system of kin-dergarten teachers can be constructed to adapt to the social and economic development in Yunnan from the perspective of teacher education and teacher training.
