摘要
文章对超低氧保鲜技术在果蔬贮藏保鲜中的应用现状和超低氧贮藏条件的实现进行了综述,提出超低氧贮藏技术存在的主要问题,同时对该方法的应用前景及主要发展方向作一展望.
Based on the literature review concerning ultra low-oxygen treatment in keeping fruits and vegetable fresh and the methods of obtaining ultra low-oxygen condition, this paper is to discuss the major problems about using ul- tra low-oxygen. The prospects and development tendency of ultra low-oxygen storage are also reviewed.
