The purpose of enhancing learning power is to develop learners＇ mentality and help learners have a good command of methods for lifelong learning. In the teaching of information technology, the enhancement of learning power is of great importance to the improvement of the teaching effectiveness. The present paper offers some practicable approaches for the improvement of the capacity of information technology learning and suggestions for creating good conditions to promote students＇ learning power comprehensively.
