摘要
家庭营养治疗包括肠外和肠内的营养治疗,是在家中进行的营养治疗。与住院营养治疗相比,对于病情较稳定的病人,家庭营养治疗有许多益处。本文就家庭营养治疗的病人选择、常见合并症的处理、各种异常情况的及时发现和处理,以及营养治疗的安全性等方面进行综述。
Home nutrition therapy,including parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition,is a nutrition therapy performed at patient＇s home.To patients with stable conditions,home nutrition therapy offers many advantages,when compared with the nutrition therapy in hospital.This paper makes a comprehensive review on the problems of patient selection,treatment of common complications,the discovery and treatment of abnormal conditions,as well as safety of nutrition therapy.
